I have been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years as a Men's Artistic Coach and am a Men's Artistic Level 5 High Performance Coach.
Coaching to a high competitive level at Harrow School of Gymnastics and previously part owning Northwood Gymnastics Club for ten years has given me much experience in coaching at every level, from the very beginning to coaching gymnasts competing Nationally.
I have gymnasts in the London Regional Team, I'm a National Judge and I'm the London Men's Technical Committee Chairman.

Myron Francis
The newest member of the coaching team is Apprentice Coach, Myron Francis.
Myron was the 2017 Top London Gymnast at the Men's London Open competition, and was previously a member of the British Gymnastics Junior Development Squad.
Recently competed at the under 14 British Championships, finishing 20th overall and 8th in the Pommel Horse Final. Welcome to the team Myron!
Emily is a Level 2 qualified coach, and was part of the winning London Team at nationals in 2015 as well as having competed internationally.
